A tablet has to go through the gut wall and then straight through the liver before any of it reaches the rest of you. The liver takes a cut on the way past, and what is left is the bioavailable fraction.

It does. Straight into the blood, nothing taken off, which is why the oral dose of the same drug is the larger of the two.

What can I put into it?
Lecture slides, textbook chapters, past papers, a website, or a YouTube lecture. PDFs up to 1000 pages and videos up to 4 hours. Each one keeps its page numbers or timestamps, so anything SymbioLearn tells you can be traced back to the page it came from.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
It works from what you put in. Every question, correction and explanation is written from a passage in your own material and shows you which passage, so you can open it and check rather than take its word for it.
What is included on the free plan?
One module, 5 sources in it at a time, 5 quizzes a week, flashcards, and 30 Live Voice Lesson minutes. The 30 minutes are a one-off allowance rather than a monthly one, so they are there to try Lessons properly. No card.
How are Live Voice Lesson minutes counted?
By connected conversation time, measured on our servers and rounded up to the nearest minute. When they run out, Lessons stop starting; concepts, quizzes, flashcards and Today carry on. Top-ups are 60 minutes for $5 or 180 for $12, they do not expire, and included minutes are spent first.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, from your account, whenever you want. Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the Free limits apply again. Your modules, sources and history stay where they are.
What happens to the files I upload?
They go into private storage only your account can reach, and stay openable as Sources. We extract the text to find the concepts in it. Your material is not used to train models, and it is not used to answer anyone else's question. Deleting a Source removes the file and its text; deleting a module removes everything in it.
