By using SymbioLearn, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

SymbioLearn is an AI voice tutoring platform that allows you to:

• Create personalized AI tutors for different subjects
• Upload PDF documents (lecture notes, textbooks, research papers) as knowledge bases for your tutors
• Have real-time voice conversations with your AI tutors
• View transcripts and listen to recordings of your learning sessions
• Automatically generate flashcards and quizzes from your sessions
• Access free study tools including a spaced repetition planner, forgetting curve visualizer, and study calculators

To use SymbioLearn, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized use

A subscription is required to access voice tutoring sessions.

SymbioLearn uses a monthly subscription model:

• Each plan includes a set number of voice tutoring minutes per month
• Minutes are deducted based on actual session duration, rounded up to the nearest minute
• Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing period
• Flashcards, quizzes, and free study tools do not consume minutes
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Creem.io
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems
• Manipulate session duration or usage tracking mechanisms
• Use the service to generate spam

When you upload PDF documents to SymbioLearn:

• You retain ownership of your uploaded content
• You grant us a limited license to process, store, and use the content solely to provide the tutoring service to you
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content
• Uploaded documents are private to your account and are not shared with other users

You own your learning content, tutor configurations, and uploaded documents. We process and store this data to provide the service to you.

The SymbioLearn platform, software, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy or distribute them without permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

By using our service, you consent to the processing of your voice data and uploaded documents for educational purposes.

SymbioLearn uses artificial intelligence to provide tutoring, generate flashcards, and create quizzes. Please be aware that:

• AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies
• The service is a supplement to, not a replacement for, professional education
• You should verify important information through authoritative sources

We strive to keep SymbioLearn available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance with advance notice
• Suspend service for security reasons
• Update features to improve the platform

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue that causes minutes to be incorrectly deducted, please contact us and we will review and resolve the issue.

SymbioLearn is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the past 12 months.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will end
• Your personal data, sessions, uploaded documents, and study materials will be deleted
• Active subscriptions will be cancelled and are non-refundable

We may update these Terms of Use. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
